Or is this a ploy staged by the corporate establishment unable to come to terms with his popularity and unprecedented rise? Set in a bustling, modern cancer hospital, this riveting novel takes us deep into the heart of the crucial battle between medical science and the complex and unpredictable nature of cancer. The truth comes forth in a thrilling battle of wits in the final courtroom drama, raising vital ethical questions about the immense power doctors hold over us while they negotiate the thin line between saving lives and playing god.
One of the most thrilling books I have read based on Doctors. It brings out the elements of human sentiments of greed and ethics in a very candid manner. Reading this novel will leave you thinking about medical ethics. The story bought shivers to my spine on the fate of patients treated by the protagonist .. the only relief is that its a fiction.
The language is simple and the complicated terms of medicine well explained and easy to digest.
A must read for those interested in thriller and medical fiction.

Wonderful. Looking forward to the next work of medical fiction by Dr. Umanath Nayak, our own Robin Cook.
